Privacy Policy

Last updated 19 August 2026

This policy explains what information Sonevo ("Sonevo", "we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it. Sonevo is an early-stage company based in Australia; a formal legal entity has not yet been registered at the time of writing.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect through this site is what you choose to submit through the "Talk to us" form: your name, your council or organisation, and your email address. We do not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking scripts on this site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and follow up about a possible pilot with your local government. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

Who we share it with

We do not share your information with third parties, except where necessary to operate our own systems (for example, the email or form-handling service that delivers your enquiry to us). Any such provider only processes your information on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if a pilot conversation proceeds, for the duration of that relationship. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

  • Ask what information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Withdraw consent to being contacted

To exercise any of these, email us at hello@sonevo.au.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and product evolve. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
